Speedboat Transfer Notice
To reach the resort, a shared speedboat transfer will be arranged for which a surcharge may be collected directly at the resort. Your flight details and full names of your traveling party will be required at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior to your arrival. Upon receipt of your flight details the hotel will organize all transfer requirements. The hotel’s airport representative will meet you at the Arrival Hall.

Beware of the "Deluxe rooms" and the "Buffet"

The overall stay was Ok. We stayed at what they call Deluxe Room with beach access. It is really a fourplex chalet with 4 tiny, outdated and uncomfortable rooms.
Washrooms are really bad, not but and a cheap toilet and shower.
The beach view is blocked by vegetation in most of these units.
A better designation for these room will be "budget" and they will barely reach a 3 star rating in most cities.
Perhaps the water villas are much better but then the price of them makes this resort compete with other higher rated one.
The buffet restaurant is quite simple with a few choices of mass produced food and no cooking stations where to get a meal prepared on the spot such as a pasta or pizza corner.
Breakfast just ok and is exactly the same everyday.
Internet is a total rip off - a week of unlimited access of internet will set you back 120 USD or 20 USD for 5
hours.
On the plus side, the staff if really friendly and helpful, and the a la carte restaurant offers really good meals and better service than the buffet restaurant.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this will certainly be an excellent choice. Lots of plant-life, lagoons, the richness of the sealife, relaxed people and a fabulous beach should do the trick. I stayed in a bungalow with a direct access to the sea. It was cleaned twice a day (they also changed towels twice a day).
The staff was extremely efficient and ever-smiling, well-informed and organised.
