Speedboat Transfer Notice
To reach the resort, a shared speedboat transfer will be arranged for which a surcharge may be collected directly at the resort. Your flight details and full names of your traveling party will be required at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior to your arrival. Upon receipt of your flight details the hotel will organize all transfer requirements. The hotel’s airport representative will meet you at the Arrival Hall.

Great Place but abit crowded

The experience was wonderful. The Spa is good and affordable. The room is awesome. The staff are friendly & helpful. Except for one lady in Laguna Restaurant during my last day breakfast she choose to argue with over reply slip of what i think about the hotel. She was very rude initially when we can't be bother much. However, lastly is the attitude towards clients, she give us good information but arguing with your client over a reply slip is too much. If till the extent your client wont want to talk about it i think is pretty bad. She apologize about it but she still doesn't realize is not the information is her attitude that sh needs to look into.
