Situated in the peaceful surroundings of Nalaguraidhoo Island, this stunning resort is one of the most popular in the Maldives. The resort is easily accessed by domestic flight (wheeled aircraft) which takes about 17 minutes from Ibrahim Nasir International Airport. This gives guests a chance to see firsthand the amazing array of Islands in the area. Each room is beautifully designed and offers air-conditioning, television with satellite channels and a balcony area to relax and enjoy the marvelous setting. The Sun Island Resort houses several top class restaurants including Sun Star, which specializes in fresh seafood and a wonderful Italian restaurant which is perfectly located on the Jetty and makes an ideal spot for newlyweds or couples celebrating their wedding anniversary.

Transfer Notice

Upon arrival at Ibrahim Nasir International Airport, the resort representative will be waiting for you at Arrival Hall or at airport counter number 1. The resort arranges domestic flight (wheeled aircraft), which is an automatic surcharge and will be added to the grand total cost of the booking. Please ensure that you provide your flight details at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior by email to Agoda Customer Service: cs@agoda.com. Seaplane transfers are only available during daylight hours.

Domestic Flight Transfer Notice

To reach the resort, a domestic flight transfer will be arranged after which may be combined with a shared speed boat transfer thereafter. A surcharge may be collected directly at the resort.

Your flight details and full names of your traveling party will be required at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior to your arrival. Upon receipt of your flight details the resort will organize all transfer requirements. The hotel’s airport representative will meet you at the Arrival Hall.

To secure your seat for the return transfers, it is required that you book at least 3 days in advance. Agoda nor the hotel can guarantee your transfers for bookings received on same day or within 3 days of arrival.
