The guest house is located in the local island of K.Huraa where the government regulations require that guests do not wear bikini or similar swimwear while in the area. However, the hotel can arrange excursions to picnic islands for guests where these restrictions are not applied.

To reach the hotel, a public ferryboat OR chartered speedboat can be arranged by the hotel for which payment will be collected upon check-in. Please contact the hotel to book your transfer arrangement at least 3 days prior to your arrival. Your arrival and departure flight details and full names of traveling party will required.

"Cheap" holiday turned expensive

This is not a place for women. I felt very, very uncomfortable and a little bit afraid.As a very experienced traveller from both work and privately, I have never been felt more uncomfortable both on the island and in the hotel. I was constantly disturbed and my planned holiday on the beach under a tree reading a book never happened (there are not beaches). I spent more time in the room. I chose this hotel because it was the cheapest. It turned out I was charged $50 for a meal of a dry fish, rice and fruit. The speed boat here was $200 one way (it'd been 3-4 times ,higher according to the hotel and restaurant owner, had he not known the driver...?). This is a conservative island so you have be careful how you dress. If you are going to the Maldives, pay the extra and get your proper Maldivian holiday.

Lovely guesthouse with perfect surfspots by boat

There is a cheap ferry going from Male to this local island except of fridays. So if you want to miss the private speedboatexperience you can save a lot of money. The accomodation is clean and functional. At the Sunset-Restaurant you get your meals and it is the general meetingpoint for all activities. This is only for surfing. You go out for a reefbrake by boat with 3-8 people what you have to pay extra, but you will do it everyday, to catch these faboulous Sultans, Honkies or other speedy waves crashing on the atoll. It was definitly a perfect experience and we have to say thank you.
Hotel Feature Tip:
It's only a great surfing place / guesthouse / boat. Best if you bring your own board and shoes and lots of experience to concore the other australien surfers. Rental is possible, but make a call. For a day it is also possible to go for the Club Med (the atoll nearby) to enjoy a day on the Maledives like it is posted in European travell agency.

Hotel sur un île authentique

Cet hôtel situé presque au centre du village d'une île habitée des Maldives permet de profiter de la beauté des Maldives tout en vivant au rythme de la population locale. Les chambres qui nous ont été proposées sont parfaitement équipées: climatisation, WIFI, eau chaude...
L’accueil qui nous a été réservé pour notre séjour fut d'une très grande qualité. Le patron de l’hôtel qui est aussi le propriétaire du seul restaurant local nous a fait découvrir de nombreuses facettes de son île et de ses environs. Il propose également d'organiser ballades en bateau pour le snorkling, la pêche, des pique nique sur des îlots.
Chaque repas a été l'occasion de découvrir boissons et plats locaux délicieux souvent à base de poisson.
Des massages de qualité sont aussi proposés.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Un séjour dans cette île pas touristique et authentique permet de combiner vacances aux Maldives avec nage et plongées dans une des plus belle mer du monde et rencontres avec des maldiviens qui ne demandent qu'à échanger sur leur mode de vie.
