The resort is just 25 minutes by seaplane from Male Airport and houses 50 wonderfully crafted bungalows located directly on the beach and feature king sized beds, a terraced area with sun loungers and a garden bathroom area where guests can relax in the tub and gaze at the truly stunning surroundings. The resorts comprehensive dive center is internationally registered and offers guests the chance to earn their PADI license in one of the most beautiful dive areas in the world.There is also a stunning array of massages and holistic treatments available at the Duniye Spa. The Vakarufalhi Island Resort includes the IIaa Restaurant which serves fresh seafood and international favorites in a tranquil paradise setting.
Please note that children are welcome in the Beach Villas. Guests from 12 years and older are welcome in the Water Villas.
The resort does not allow children below 12 years old to stay in the Water Villa for safety reasons.

Seaplane Transfers Notice
To reach the resort,
a shared seaplane transfer will be arranged for which a surcharge
may be collected directly at resort. Your flight details and full names of your traveling party will be required at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior to your arrival. Upon receipt of your flight details the resort will organize all transfer requirements. The hotel’s airport representative will meet you at the Arrival Hall.
To secure your seat for the return transfers, it is required that you book at least 3 days in advance. Agoda nor the hotel can guarantee your transfers for bookings received on same day or within 3 days of arrival.
Seaplane transfers only fly in daylight hours.
• If your flight
arrives BEFORE 3.30pm, a transfer to the hotel will be arranged same day.
• If your flight
arrives AFTER 3.30pm, you will need to make arrangements to stay in Male’ overnight. A stopover in Male can be booked here:

Although it is far from male and need to take a sea plane. but it is worth it. All the staff, room are very good. But there is 10 hours after I left the hotel but there is nothing to do in male city. There is a downfall of the trip.
