Fabulous service with a sublime location

This hotel is strategically placed in front of the best beach on Maafushi Island. Staring out of my bedroom window, I was able to see not only the turquoise water cascading over rocks directly in front of the hotel but also a resort island in the distance. The rooms are large, well maintained and clean. All of the staff members are friendly and more than willing to answer any of your questions. I truly felt at home here. Being a solo traveler, you can often be made to feel unwelcome or uneasy especially when surrounded by couples or families. This wasn't the case at WhileShell. The staff are talkative happy to sit and chat with you. The food at the restaurant is fantastic. There is a distinct benevolent ambiance which sets the tone for the entire place. The day trips are also well priced and regularly run. If returning to Maafushi, I would definitely stay here again.

the only hotel with best spot to stay .with private beach in front,price is value for stay. walking distance to ferry is less than 10 min . staff is friendly.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
prepare local currency , check the private own ferry to and from male timing.

i enjoy the stay here as staff are so friendly and helpful! the hotel is not big but clean and tidy! it is right on the beach and the scenery is beautiful! the price is reasonable! everything is so good and i highly recommend this hotel to all my friends! i'm sure i will choose this hotel if i'll go to maldives again!

Бронировала номер Exclisive Deluxe для курящих. Заселили в комнату без окон, без телевизора, мини-бара/холодильника, стена номера совмещена с кухней с "музыкальным" сопровождением громыхания посудой, особенно по утрам. Курение в номерах не разрешено. Требовала компенсировать разницу. С трудом, но вернули.
Плюс отеля - в уединенном пляже, где не катаются туда-сюда скутеры круглыми сутками, как это происходит в остальной части острова.

Отдыхали в отеле в сентябре, неделю. Очень все понравилось. Окна номера выходили на пляж и океан и по ночам мы их открывали и спали под шум прибоя. Отель небольшой, но очень чистенmrий. Убирали и белье меняли каждый день-все белое, накрахмаленное. Пляж убирали каждое утро. Поживающих в отеле было немного. Отель хорош очень своим расположением. Практически закрытый от остального поселка пляжик. Поэтому иногда даже в бикини загорали на нем. Купаться на него приходили и из соседних отелей. Остальные отели на острове не имеют такого уединенного пляжа. Океан чистейший-во время прилива только водоросли немного приплывают. Прямо напротив отеля неплохой снорклинг. Видели черепаху, а по вечерам на берег выползают крабики. Очень забавно наблюдать.По утрам вороны на пальмах каркают и мулла в пять утра поет.Но не напрягает это , а придает свой колорит особенный. Персонал ненавязчив и вежлив. Выезжали на экскурсии на Бияду, где расположен один отель-да, красиво, но в нашем отельчике уютнее нам показалось. В конце отдыха на ресепшене обнаружили небольшую библиотечку, где были книги и на русском. Полная идилия-океан, пляж, пальмы , интересное чтение -полный релаккс. Интернет бесплатный,медленный, но по скайпу отлично общались. Соотношение цена-качество-идеальныое. Если хотите отдохнуть на Мальдивах по смешным ценам-то посто супер вариант.
Travel tip:
Для долгого плавания и снорклинга рекомендую брать легкие штанишки и футболку с длинным рукавом-тогда никакое солшышко не страшно и о корралы не оцарапаетесь.

velmi příjemné prostředí, hned u moře a pláže pro nenáročné turisty, kde jsou místními tolerovány bikiny na vyhrazené a neprůhledným plotem oddělené pláži. Chutné snídaně, výborné freš džusy z čerstvého ovoce. Vedle White Shell Beach Inn se bohužel staví další hotel, stejně jako na celém ostrově, což je velká škoda, nebot tím zcela zanikne atmosféra. Nabídka fakultativních výletů na okolní ostrovy, v ceně od 40 USD/ os.
