great island
Excellent island and room

Great stay but a little bit far from male the water aircraft is not comfortable noisy all the way. Killed two cockroach.........I see many reviews talking about this issue about zitahli..need to deal with the bug issue.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Great place to spent whole week and enjoy life. No work no phone calls! Just two hearts together enjoy pure sunset. The best place to see sunset is west side water villa.

hospitality and service quality was great.our accomodation on aqua villa with pool was spacious, well maintained, fully equipped, very comfortable and nicely decorated. highly recommend this resort especially for honeymooners.

Our stay was amazing. We are usually adventure-seeking, but our room was so inviting and relaxing, we didn't miss the lack of adventure. Our room had direct access to the sea and its own plunge pool.
One drawback was the level of mosquitoes that invaded our room after a light rain. Being very sensitive to bites, I did have an incident of 50+ bites with infection. The staff was extremely apologetic and attentive. They boated my husband and me to a nearby island for medical care, and took extra steps to safely fumigate our room.
The entire experience at the resort seemed very personal and not touristy or commercialized. We enjoyed the laid-back feel without the sense of being surrounded by obnoxious tourists and being nickle and dimed.

We stayed at super deluxe water villa with pool. Our villa has spectacular sunset view with pool and stairway directly to the sea. We really like the big bedroom, living room with sea view and huge bathroom with giant jacuzzi, outdoor & indoor rain shower. We did snorkeling a lot and the sea is so clear and we saw many colorful fishes and coral. The resort is so beautiful and private. Such a good time there. Really the place for honeymoon
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Should spend at least 3 nights as the place is so peaceful that you can enjoy fun activities and relax. However, dinner is rather expensive here.

Excellent honeymoon destination. Exactly what you want as there is amazing views, privacy and excellent service. Resort would be suitable for couples who want to relax rather than participate in adventurous activities.

Try organise a room on the far side of the island away from the sea plane landing area.

The resort island is relatively small in scale compare to other island so its perfect for peeps who prefer even more exclusiveness and piece of quiet. View, ocean and mother nature is all perfect. Water villa is definitely a must and Zitahli offers water villa with very competitive price. Strongly recommended.
Food option is limited with 2 restaurants but food quality is good.

For the first time I've provided an excellent rating for the overall criteria of a hotel. Me and my husband love the resort and what it provides. After all the research we did, I believe that this resort provided the best value for money. It's just sad that we had to stay for only 3 days. We will surely go back there in the future and will have a longer stay.
Travel tip:
Never forget your dental kit. They charge for toothbrush and toothpaste and we were thinking it comes free in every 5-star hotel. Even a 4-star hotel provides that here in Dubai.

We had a wonderful time at Zithali for our 3rd wedding anniversary honeymoon; we are so glad we had chosen the resort. We wish to stay longer as 4 days 3 nights seems to be too short for such great place to relax and escape from the busy world. The super deluxe aqua villa with pool is just perfect for both of us as it gave us the privacy we wanted, especially to my wife whom is wearing a hijab. The best part is having to witness the sunset from our terrace daily as we eat our dinner. We highly recommend couples whom are planning for a private getaway to come to Zithali. Do book a super deluxe aqua villa with pool facing the sunset as the view is breath-takingly beautiful and the 'seaworld' is just a step down from your villa Food was also great, though it was a bit pricey but as we were on an island, so that's pretty common. Lastly, the friendly staffs made our stay more meaningful. We are sure of coming back to Zithali again one day and definitely our stay next time will be longer than just 4 days long

The Water Villa with access to the Ocean

Brief Points:
Positive Points:
1) Excellent hospitality by the Staff.
2) Very Friendly with Guests.
3) Body Spa was an amazing experience with natural products being used.
4) Any activities, water sports and so on were well planned by the staff if the guests were interested in doing so.
5) The Water Villa rooms were well designed, keeping in mind the comfort level, the scenic view of the Ocean and providing luxury by maintaining the standard of using all natural resources.
Negative Aspects:
1) The 5 star Resort needs proper maintenance for the well built Water-Villas, as some of them required to be replaced.
2) The location of the Water Villa ( Sunrise View) was bit far from the main reception and the Dining Area.... Bit too far....the shortest route was by walking through the beach which was only recommended during day time.
3) The time it takes to reach the resort from Male Airport by Sea plane would be 50 minutes by a Sea plane. On return to the Airport the Sea plane would not be a direct flight and would be a Via service before reaching the Male Airport
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
1) Best for Fishing.....
2) Good location for Snork & Scub......
3) Peaceful location to admire the nature & spending time for you and your loved ones.
