Great location but ordinary rooms

As I arrived the hotel, I was greeted and welcomed by friendly staff. Then I was accompanied by one staff to my room. The Deluxe room was just an ordinary room good for a person or two. The glass made building helped to see the overlooking beach and enjoyed staring unto the bright blue sky. Two welcome drinks (water) were already prepared for the guest/s. The breakfast served was sumptuous (International dishes). Whatever I requested like kettle and taxi were provided on time.

Right down the street from the scuba shop, beautiful lagoon in the front of the hotel, comfortable bed, nice little balconu

Fuana Inn is a nice basic hotel for transfering in Male. Comfortable bed, fridge, tv (didnt get it to work but didnt ask either). Very close to the dive shop. Nice lagoon in front of the hotel with umbrellas and chairs. There is a wall so the waves break out far...water is calm and clear. Breakfast is basic but good.
Travel tip:
Check out Into Scuba...great guys, great dive

Unexpectedly small room..but location was nice.

They shud keep a board in front only for Japanese and Chinese people, entire staff including gets involved to greet Japanese/ Chinese-least bother abt others..Room and bed is unexpectedly small .. no space to move in the room.
Nightlife Tip:
No Night life there.. visitor has to be very careful as there are some cases of gold chain snatching and all..

great hotel for a stopover

The location isn't as convenient as it sounds. We had to wait over a hr for a shuttle as there are only 3 taxis and 1 shuttle that circles around this man-made island. The govt controls all of these services. The positive is that the owner was incredibly nice and a very kind person. It is a no frills hotel, close to the beach and a good place to stay while you are waiting for your seaplane to the resorts.

Somebody waiting for your at the male international airport and escorting you to the hotel on the same island..welcome drink and very clean room with good aircon. We had a 50% discount on booking which made the quality/services ratio very good. Thank you.

Hello All,
We have stayed in Fuana Inn and enjoyed our stay.The staff we found very cooperative and keep the room very clean and tidy everyday.
Also the room we found with balcony and beach facing view that was very awesome.The people at reception area are very friendly and cooperative who arranged our various tours at their best.
You can look for this hotel for total fun around the Male and near by islands as well as for very good relaxation purpose.

located in a run-down area with little in the way of entertainment or eateries, though there are some small cafes/basic restaurants within walking distance (and an ATM as these places do not take cards). Useful for a one-night stop-gap before transferring to your destination in the Maldives. No-frills and only worth a look if an offer is on as the "normal" price would be very OTT.

A memorable experience.. good service but lunch or dinner is not provided. Breakfast I'd satisfactory n The view from is nice. A street nearby has some.supermarkets n restaurants . Blankets were not provided in the room.. fridge was not working n wifi was not available. Nevertheless stay was satisfactory
