It was not a good experience. The front office people are very inexperience and irresponsible. I book their hotel through Agoda & done the payment. Once i went there they are saying they didn't received any payment from agoda. But i checked with agoda & they have sorted out the problem. But the hotel people haven't update their system & in the last day again their saying didn't received any payment with out checking with their bank. So i had to stay around half an hour to sorted out the issue. After half an hour hotel front people found my payment was received. luckily i had enough time to my flight. Also while my 4 days stay (3 night), last 3 days there were no Wi-Fi & last 2 days no hot water. It was a good hotel previously. This time i had enough troubles.

i paid online the round airoport trasfer through agoda but still they charged me on the way back to the airoport, the internet conexion is very slow in thr room , you cant open any website , so you have to go down to the reception .

Creepy hotel.old,worn out feel to it.dingy,depressing room-shower drained slowly.it was a pleasant surprise to see how the staff was nice ,and the hotel had a rooftop restaurant that was OK. I'm glad I didn't,t have to cgooutforfoodas the night time area looked dangerous.
