When we booked this hotel through Agoda it offered Free Wifi so one naturally expects free wifi for the duration of stay like all other hotels offering free wifi... right? However this hotel is tricky. You have to get a password voucher from the front desk and this is only good for 30 minutes. When this voucher is exhausted you have to get another voucher and then another and so on. Very inconvenient and terribly frustrating. What they really want you to do is pay $12 for 12 hours or $19 for 24 hours so you can do your online work in a normal uninterrupted manner!! I resentfully capitulated and paid in order to maintain my sanity. Our "Premier Room" was quite spacious but it was on the ground floor alley way with staff walking past our window all the time. We had to keep the curtains pulled the entire two days which made things gloomy and dark. This hotel is barely 4 star in my opinion but reasonable value at the Agoda price we paid. Best thing about Nasandhura Palace Hotel is the extremely cheap and quite well prepared room service meals... a pleasant surprise in an otherwise lacklustre experience.
