This is a very friendly hotel in Male.
And location is closed to port, so if you need to stay in Male for one night, here is the best choice.
Although the room is small, and the sea view is not really face to sea. But if you leave one night here, you can go on the street to buy some drinks and cookies. Here is totally cheaper than resorts.
Shopping Tip:
You can ask the hotel provide map for you. And you can follow the scenic points on the map. And you will pass some stores, then buy some drinks and souvenirs.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There are no attractions around, better to stay in a resort.

we were picked up from airport by taxi and boat to hotel at their expense. very near seaside. nice view of beach from our room. good place for stay over before going to next destination at resorts. nice room. there is tea coffee making facilities n fridge. no lift.

I have to contact the hotel directly to arrange for the airport transfer just a day before departure and then our flight got delayed, but they still managed to pick us up that night upon our arrival. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. They introduced us the Male city, brought us around to look for money changer/local bank, and even helped us plan and book for our resort/hotel for the next few days in Maldives. All the transfer from island to island went smoothly. As we went in a big group, this is one of the few hotels that I can find which allows to accommodate more adults in a room in Maldives.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Ask the hotel staff to recommend you the resorts and help you make the booking if you have not done so before your departure.

I wouldn't recommend staying in this hotel better go straight to a resort on a island when visiting the maledives. Beware of the cockroaches.

They did not give me the room I paid for. I did got a USD 15 refund after complaining.
I saw some cockroaches and therefore changed room. I will not go here again.
