Piotr W. Couples Poland, May 02, 2013	Decent value for money Close to the airport, hotel is quite new, wide offer of excursions 4.7 I stayed at the UI Inn twice. First stay was at the old location, which was absolutely terrible - old building, small, devastated rooms. The new location is much, much better. Room was spacious, so was the bathroom, although nothing extraordinary. Hotel is very close to the airport. If your expectations are not high and you're tight on budget, I would recommend the hotel only for 1, max 2 nights - if you're in transit to/from a resort or another island. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to communicate with hotel staff. They know only basic English and it was a problem for them to even understand what I wanted for breakfast. In addition, the breafkasts served at the hotel are terrible. Please also note that women are not allowed to wear bikinis at the beach nearby the hotel - of course you can always take a one-day trip / excursion to a resort or picnic island but they're quite pricey.

Great staffs, food, attentive and thoughtful owner. 9 We were fetch by the staff from Ui Inn as soon as we landed in no time (arrangement for hotel pick-up was made before-hand). The check-in was also prompt and we were welcomed with a nice cold drink n wet towels. What we like about this inn is the friendly and attentive staffs especially the owner of this inn. He is a wonderful young man with a big heart. We had a rather complicated/multiple local transfers to make to the other hotel and he made sure we get to the right place. After he put us on a taxi he followed us on a bike with his staff. We didn't realize this and had a nice surprised to see him at the jetty. And he travelled with us to Male and again he waited to put us on a cab to the other jetty. All i wish for is the Inn success in the future (i heard they are expanding) This is an Inn with a 6 star service. We are truly touched. Thank u Ui Inn, we will definitely come back should we come to Maldives again.
Xue Z. Couples China, April 18, 2013	OK for 1-Night Stay They helped us to arrange Taxi in the early morning, and contacted our island resort for the timing for the seaplane. The 15USD is for 2-way airport transfer. 6.3 We only stayed for 6 hours, and there is no breakfast as we leave at 5:30am. The room is definitely not 3-star standard. From airport to hotel, we have to share a jeep with another couple.

Room is a bit small but overall clean and good for one night stay for transfer to resorts. A basic breakfast is included. Mattress is a bit too hard.

Airport Transfer should NOT have been compulsory because it was very expensive. And upon arrival I had to wait for about an hour for the hotel pick-up but was made to ride a taxi. When I booked an excursion through the hotel the staff again made Airport Transfer by taxi compulsory. However, they just let me ride the public bus. There is TV but no programs. Pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.

There was a accident, we left the travel hard disk on bed was covered, the staff called the taxi driver to back airport to looking for us, however we already left for boarding. When we found the travel hard disk was missing and called the hotel, they explained and ask for address, and sent to me next day by express. I already got the usb today , many thanks to UI INN, they give me the best warm service that i never have!!
