The Chatrium is a wonderful place to stay- first class. My only recommendation is to not eat at the restaurant on premises after breakfast, especially if you are vegetarian. The menu is very limited and what is there tends to be a lot of seafood and red meat.

Nice hotel, but should not expect a lot. Staff are very helpful and enthusiastic, but you need to remind them for a few times if you request them something. Even if they told me that they would check and confirm a reservation of a table at a restaurant, I needed to ring them twice and finally directly went to the concierge desk to see how it went. They need to know that they should inform about a status if they are going to confirm something.

Room was very clean. It was good that a bathtub and a shower box were separate. I think the hotel should reconsider where they hang bathrobes…it may be different at other rooms, but they were hanged just above a Myanmar-style toilet shower (washlet) and thus they touched it, so I never wore them. Apart from this issue, I had no complaint with my room.
Also, my 5-day long stay at this hotel was divided into 3 reservations (due to my schedule and not the hotel’s fault), but staff were very helpful and each check-in/out procedures.
