Now! Most of hotels in Myanamr is too expensive
The Clover hotel is cheaper than other hotels
and if you think value for money, this hotel will be the good choice
But, Hotel is small and not clean... breakfast is so oily...

A basic hotel that was a bit pricey (but very typical of Yangon) but extremely clean. The rooms had good air conditioning, hot water, cable tv and a safe that isn't bolted. The Internet connection was strong and reliable. The restaurant upstairs was decent and so was the breakfast. I've read many complaints about breakfast in Myanmar but so far have only been pleasantly surprised. The staff as well are very friendly and helpful.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Do not exchange money at the hotel as the rate is not good. Go to the Scott market instead. The Scott market is closed on Sundays and Mondays though.

Hotel very clean. Expensive compared to other Asian destinations but to be expected in a rising destination. History considered too. Food I did not like but Myanmar food would not be easy for most westerners. Breakfast was pretty dismal and the same everyday. Nowhere else to eat near the hotel. Isolated like that. Staff very nice and friendly. Hotel was great really but regret the location. I am sure things will improve including menu's as Myanmar opens up to tourism.

my 2nd time staying in this hotel, the hotel is good, just the restuarants and sight-seeing places are not within walking distance. Taxi in Yangon is not expensive, so it's ok for me to take taxi everytime going out and back.

The first hotel i stayed and still always one of my top choices when i have to decide where to stay in Yangon. Given its free wi-fi in room, it is very convenient for me to work from hotel room. The hotel food tastes good and the price is pretty reasonable, not overcharged.
