Clean, new and well equipped

Very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good clean rooms, light and airy. Free water bottles, great to have your own safety deposit box in the room. Good size bathroom.
Only downside was location, it's a bit out of town, you can walk to Schwedagon in 15 mins but there's nothing much around the hotel you need to taxi for restaurants in the centre. Breakfast pretty average, but overall very nice, I'll go back.

Great location, great stay

We visited Yangon when there was a real scarcity of budget hotels in Yangon. Most budget hotels had terrible reviews and looked awful and although we paid a lot more for this room than we would an equivalent one in Bangkok, we were very happy with this very clean, comfortable hotel with extremely helpful and pleasant staff and a fantastic view of Shwedagon from the upstairs restaurant.
The breakfast buffet was sufficient, the room had a small safe for valuables, the air conditioning was new, the hot water was fine and satellite TV had English language channels.

A pleasant hotel with top marks for cleanliness. The staff were pleasant and helpful. About 20 mins by taxi town. No major shopping nearby.

this hotel is fairly new, very large rooms for the price, clean bathrooms, provides free wi-fi, good cable tv, very friendly and helpful staff that speak good english. the only downside is the location. it is a good 10 minute road back to the center of town. it is located on a well-worn (dirt for some parts) road around the corner from the japanese embassy. the one plus for the location is that it is within walking distance of shwedagon pagoda. i can definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

it is a good hotel, and slightly stylish...but could still use some modernizing. i would have liked to have the option of a two bed room, but they dont seem to have it. location is good for tourists as its close to the shwedagon, but nothing beats traders for business and the strand for style.

The hotel is friendly and helpful. Just the location is far from everywhere, we will have to take a cab whenever we go out.
