Basic,no facility city hote. Internet was like snail speed. Value for money if you only require a bed and shower.Right opposit Traders Hotel so you can walk across for dinner-their buffet was only US25 (good value). East hotel's breakfast is adequate but flies were swooping down into the milk and food. Coffee and tea was not hot.Management should look into this.

The weather was really hot and humid. The aircon in the room works good. We stayed on the 7th floor and the staff was so noisy as they gathered there to distribute the sheets and towels. The reception keeps on ringing the staff phone on the 7/F, we couldn't rest in the afternoon. Don't ever stay on the 7th floor! Otherwise it is an OK, value for money hotel in Yangon.

I like this hotel, because of the hotel is a budget hotel for everyone, and value-able to spending money. I can walk to Sule pagoda and Scott's market within 10 mins. And 20 mins by taxi to Shwedagon pagoda.

I enjoyed my time there. Staff were very nice and helpful. Good location downtown. This is a nice boutique hotel and good value for money. Restaurant has good food but the set breakfast is very basic and the set coffee is not the best. From airport it takes around 30 mins and costs US$10 one way. would I stay there again...yes!
