Basic hotel in good location.
Good location, friendly staff, close to restaurants.

This hotel has a convenient location but the rooms are very basic and the shower is in the bedroom itself. The toilet and wash hand basin are open to the bedroom and we did not find this arrangement very suitable. There was no hot water at the whb and the room had a damp, musty smell.

The hotel staff are very friendly and the rooms (in the new part) are very good indeed, not with a lot of luxury but in my view very good and clean. The area has good and interesting places to have dinner or lunch.... worthwhile

Our stay in Room was okay because it was a quiet room located in the back and not facing street traffic noise. The pillows are hard,. Management must consider quests an option for softer pillows to have a more comfortable sleep at night. In-room Wi-fi unreliable. Wifi okay in breakfast area & lobby. The room is dated - broken tile fllor with holes and shoddy repairs. Free wi-fi with the cost for the room is a big plus - breakfast too. Breakfast selection okay. Eggs any style are offered - another plus.

East Hotel is located in the center. It is a small hotel with limited facilities. The breakfast was quite simple but adequate, and there was extra dishes avaialble. the staff was very helpful and polite. Easy to get taxis outside the hotel. Other international hotels close by for more extensive restaurants, etc. Interesting places and markets close to the hotel.

Apart from the fact that the bathroom did not have a door, the overall experience with the hotel was pretty good ranging from the good service, quick check-in, hotel quality, central location and reliable wifi-connection.

Health and safety hazard !
City location, next to the traders where you can move to after you've discovered how badly planned this hotel is.

This hotel is the worst I've ever stayed at. The location couldn't be more ideal and it's in an older building that has been refurbished by a hotelier who has no thought or consideration for his guest. If you take a picture of the hotel, you will be lured by the modern looking design. What is the purpose of design in the complete absence of health, comfort and safety. The reception area is overwhelmed by the smell of mold and food because there was no proper ventilation. The room had both the toilets and bath open to the room which was also not ventilated. The rather large beautiful windows were sealed shut posing a fire hazard and airborne disease potential since mold covered the walls. The shower had dirty walls and the soap bottles were covered by black stains and broken so they could not pump any shower gel. I will never stay in this hotel again.

I traveled alone for leisure during long weekend and was looking for not too high end but cozy, clean and conveniently located hotel. The hotel provided me sufficient service and experience, including wifi access, advice for tour, and recommended destination in English. One of the best thing I can say about the hotel is not only the hospitality but location and newness of facility in terms of their fee; the cost performance is very high.
