I like this hotel, because of the hotel is a budget hotel for everyone, and value-able to spending money. I can walk to Sule pagoda and Scott's market within 10 mins. And 20 mins by taxi to Shwedagon pagoda.

I enjoyed my time there. Staff were very nice and helpful. Good location downtown. This is a nice boutique hotel and good value for money. Restaurant has good food but the set breakfast is very basic and the set coffee is not the best. From airport it takes around 30 mins and costs US$10 one way. would I stay there again...yes!

Clean, centrally located hotal with great staff
The location was so fantastic, just walk outside to be in the middle of Yangon and experience the hustle and bustle of city life.

Comfortable, friendly staff. But the bad point about this hotel is the toilet has no door. Not suitable for family stay. Totally exposed if u go to the toilet.
