I like this hotel. Friendly staff and very clean.

Location is a bit far from central Yangon but staff will call you a cab which is not expensive to go to downtown or any tourist attractions. The area is considered not a nice and clean area. Nothing to walk around but you can hop on a cab and go somewhere else. if you are looking for a place to crash in. This is the place to go.It is surprisingly clean compare to a big 3 stars hotel in downtown. Though, it is more like a 2.5 start hotel because of the location but I would stay there again. I use d to stay in 4-5 stars hotels in Yangon but now they are to expensive like $200up per night

Great service but in need of renovation

Mixed feelings. Certain aspects of this hotel were great such as the breakfast, price (relative to elsewhere in Yangon), the amazing service and despite the rooms being in desperate need of renovation they have everything you need, including air con and a power shower.
The location is in a less desirable area (but still safe) and only a 2000kyat (~£2) taxi ride into central Yangon. If the state of room decor is important to you knock off a star from the overall score. For us it was clean enough and functional and that's all that matters.

good service mind from all staff.
All staff are please to service, they service us in everything they can do such as advice us in attraction area,catch a taxi.

The room is very clean. This hotel is far around 40 minutes from airport. No any attraction place near the hotel, but we can catch a cap to the attraction place. a lot of food shop around there.
