Nice staff, good wifi and massage

Bahan Township location is my main target of the Hotel. General speaking, no complaint during the stay... the local staff is nice as usual. The wifi speed is from fair to good. A surprise during the stay is massage on the top floor - high quality.

Nothing special to tell. Every thing is on my expectation including price, location, staff service. In fact the room is a bit small, but it is ok for business trip. I am not sure if there is business center in the hotel as I did not look for during this stay

Comfortable hotel with big room, reasonably priced

This was actually a very nice hotel compared to other options in Yangon for the price. I paid about $75 after tax and I think the room was much larger and nicer than some other hotels in that price range. The room came with a HDTV tons of outlets to charge your electronics, huge leather couch and even a sitting/makeup area with mirror. The bathroom had lots of toiletries, although the tub was a big aged.
Breakfast was great in a huge upper level hall. As others commented, as of April 2013, there was still construction in front of the hotel, but that did not bother me. I had lunch in the lobby bar before heading to the airport, the roasted duck and a 1 liter Myanmar Beer cost me about $8. Can't beat that.

The best place to stay in Yangon
Everything about the hotel is geat

The Hotel is about 4 miles from the airport and as much from downtown. Shwe Dagon Pagoda was a 5 minute drive away. Everything was available just outside the hotel. There is also a nice supermarket just next to the hotel.
