What about the room itself? Superior means a comfy double bed, an aircon that has a five-minute lag when turned on (as stated on one of the room guides), a refrigerator with complimentary drinks, a wide desk, and a TV with DVD player. I love the room. The interior design could use a little update but in terms of comfort, I really felt at home. The staff members are always helpful and at least one of them speaks passable English for you to get what you need, like booking a bus or having them call a taxi for you. The price is a bit steep, but you already know that accommodations are outrageously priced in this country wherever you go. Yes, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relatively cheaper alternative.
