This is my fifth stay at this hotel as it is the most decent hotel with clean room and comfortable bed at a very resonable rate in whole of Yangon. The hotel is under going some minor renovation but guests need not be concern as the renovation does not affect hotel guests. I was told that once the renovation is completed, the management will increase room rates.

For the lack of options, this is only acceptable.
Staff friendliness. Value Price (in context of Yangon). Decent rooms.

The stay is fine. Have travelled around Myanmar for a week and half, understood that the infrastructure needs to do a lot of catching up. For foreigners, the state and value of most hotels will come as a surprise. It is rare to find good value for money paid. This is one of the closest I got.

The breakfast is okay. The room is decent. It is a little far from central - about 20-30minutes to walk. About K2500-3000 to take a taxi to Sule Pagoda/Chinatown. Curb your expectations and you will be fine.

This was my second stay in Hotel 63. The staff are very friendly, the rooms clean and the Internet is working very well now - as opposed to when I stayed there in December 2012.
The location might be a bit off, depending on what you're planning to do in Yangon. But it's always easy to find a taxi to take you anywhere you want to go.

Stayed at this hotel for three nights in Yangon. The hotel located not too far from the centre but way cheaper than some of the central located hotels. It's very basic but have everything you needed like wifi in the room and A/C. A bit noisy during the night so you will need ear plugs as outside was next to parking for the trucks. Overall for the price it is not a bad choice
