Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

For the lack of options, this is only acceptable.
Staff friendliness. Value Price (in context of Yangon). Decent rooms.

The stay is fine. Have travelled around Myanmar for a week and half, understood that the infrastructure needs to do a lot of catching up. For foreigners, the state and value of most hotels will come as a surprise. It is rare to find good value for money paid. This is one of the closest I got.

It is hard to find good value for money in Yangon.
Staff. Decent value for money. Decent room.
5.7
The breakfast is okay. The room is decent. It is a little far from central - about 20-30minutes to walk. About K2500-3000 to take a taxi to Sule Pagoda/Chinatown. Curb your expectations and you will be fine.

Great buffet breakfast
Buffet breakfast, comfortable bed, price
7.7
Great breakfast and comfortable room. Internet is slow as usual in Myanmar so far. Beware of the location close to construction site (was not a problem for me).

Very friendly and efficient staff. Good facilities

A nice business/tourist hotel. Clean with good facilities such as breakfast and internet. A bit of a way from the city centre though, 20 minute walk or 10 by taxi.

this was a good place to stay when just arriving in Yangon...the restaurant was not used by other guest except for breakfast but the chef is excellent and the food reasonably priced and quite tasty.

Reasonably priced in the wrong end of the city
inside was clean, the street frontage was full of parked lorries and underwater.

my stay was from feb 21 to feb 26 2013, i had a junior suite on the 4th floor. during this time there was construction occurring on the roof of the building. over these 6 days the wifi continually dropped out, the max connect time was about 10 minutes. the 4 desktops connected via network cable in the lobby seemed reliable for internet connectivity.
Travel tip:
sat-tv receives only 2 stations, including b&w movies for the 1930's and shows like i love lucy and i dream of jeannie.

Good place, bad location
Not too overpriced, clean, friendly staff
6.3
The first thing I've noticed arriving at 63 is the location: container and cargo truck abandoned on the back of the building, garbage, badly lighted roads etc.
But when you get in the hotel thing change a little: clean and nice rooms (even if far from what expected from pictures), average prices, friendly staff and breakfast included (asian style).
Not bad, not excellent. But good for Yangon.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you insist a little, you can convince a taxi carrying you to Sule for 1000k, instead of 2500 as normally asked.
