My only recommendation would be to upgrade the wifi so that all rooms have access not just lobby and the rooftop restaurant

Very Comfortable & Relaxing Stays in Yangon

Very good value hotel. Mid-range price, not too cheap, not too expensive and you get everything you hope for. A bit out of centre of town but no problems as you can reach every attraction by cheap taxi. The room is clean and comfortable with cable tv, fridge fully-equipped with nice selection of beer, okay bathroom. Minthargi Bar/Restaurant on the top floor serves very delicious food and cocktail drink. Just sit there to sip a drink, listen to nice western music and see Shwedagon Paya by night is such a superb experience!! Staff is helpful though internet is too slow. Only one warning, don’t eat snack on bed and try move your bed away from wall as there might be ants army crawling around trying to find something to eat.

Hotel with accomodating, friendly staff
This is a relatively new hotel with attentive, very friendly and helpful staff. It is located about 3 km from the Shwedagon Pagoda and has easy access to public transportation (taxis).

The room was clean, but spartanly decorated. There were problems with hot water. They upgraded me to a better room because of that. Even though hot water supply was very irregular. The breakfast is mediocre with the butter being micorwaved to an extent that you can't realize it is butter. However, sitting in the lobby (which has internet connection) was comfortable.
