We are originally from Myanmar and this is the third time we stayed at Micasa. For anyone wanting a more relaxed homely environment Micasa is highly recommended. As it is a serviced apartment it will allow you to bring in outside food and food should surely be one of the highlights of anyone's visit to Yangon.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Avoid changing money at the front desk. It was offering 760 kyat (compared to around 810) to the dollar. It still practises the rather very odd abd frankly absurd practice of not accepting dollar notes which has even the smallest fold.

A huge suite!! I booked a superior room but in fact had a suite of two bedrooms (one double, the other twin), huge lounge-dining room, two bathrooms, kitchenette.

Good place for unfancy business stay. The suite was huge but not lavish in furnishings and fittings. Clean. Good buffet breakfast. Good location near Inya Lake. Staff helpful but unobtrusive.

hotel is well equipped with necessay facility. the room is nice and large enough with a good view by looking through the room's window. the location is quite convenient, not too far from the down town. but the breakfast is rather limited in term of variety.

Lovely Hotel with good service

Hotel is 20 minutes away from City Centre which is quite far. But taxis are available so that is not a problem. Per trip would cost about kyats.
I got the Pool View which was great!
Will definitely come back to Micasa.
