central location ,friendly staff ,decent room size

rooms to roadside too noisy

good hotel for budget concious traveller staff is allways friendly and helpfull rooms have adequate size but rooms to the main roadside can be too noisy especially on lower floors excellent downtown location ,near markets and shops, pagodas and nightlife places
