If the room charge stay within USD50, I recommend.
Hot shower can be provided because each bathroom has heater. Sometimes disconnected internet. High proximity to airport Ks5,000 by taxi.

As usual, it is just good size of the room, WiFi for free, good service. But tiny insects and the electricity problem often occurs. It is good for the business use but nothing more.

Cheap business hotel

I stayed at the hotel during a recent business trip. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel could do with a renovation. It feels outdated. Location is great when you do not need to be downtown. There is a great and cheap local restaurant a 2 min walk outside the hotel. For the price I paid via agoda I do not complain.

I felt the room was like an oven during the day time especially during this month Myanmar has very hot weather. TV channels has no intereting programme. You basically will not enjoy staying in the room at all.

Had a good time at Royal White Elephant during my stay in April. Service is good and the breakfast buffet not bad either. The standard room feels a bit small and no real window. Would recommend to spend 5USD more for the superior room.
