Probably not changed for a while - The bathroom hadn't been cleaned for ages. Just guessing from the many urine drops ... - The room was next to the power generator that switched on during the night at every electricity cut. - The location is pretty bad unlike what some comments say. We walked for an hour and finally took a taxi to get to the city center (Paya Sule) - Of course no breakfast included (unlike all other hostels in Myanmar) ...
