Nice location for moving around the city
Location, friendly staff, clean
6.7
Is a good location for moving around the city area, lots of taxi right in front the hotel. A bit over priced but is common in Yangon. Breakfast limited choices, only four set menu. Room size ok and clean, but aircon noisy.

It is worth to stay.
Food, Location, Welcome drink
8.3
The location is good near the Sule Pagoda, just 10 mins walk. Easy to get to Scoot market.
The room is basic, not very clean, but not that dirty. There are towels , shampoo, soap, hair dryer in the room. Free internet, this is the most important thing that I need.
Especially the 365 restaurant is the best, foods drinks are good.

excellent value for the money
central location - excellent value for the money (comfortable but not too expensive)
7.3
Most hotels in Yangon are being renovated and the prices have tremendously increased: but Thamada is still reasonably priced yet it is comfortable, the rooms are large, lots of charm (wooden floors and furniture), internet works fine and the staff is nice.

This hotel is dated with very limited facilities
Staffs are very friendly, location is good and breakfast is not too bad also
6.3
It is a two star rated hotel, facilities are old and not very clean but still acceptable for such price.
I booked the Single Room with queen bed, but after I checked-in that tiny backyard facing poor room at level 2, I couldn't stand of it at all!!! (They are doing some renovation works at that level, thus strong wall paint smell from the air-con). So I asked to change to a city facing twin room, much spacious and bright, but the bed is shaky and small.
Staffs are willing to help always.
Ideal location for train travelers (5mins walk), within walking distance to Bygyoke Anug San market and downtown area.
