Thanks the manager to upgrade us the room as one king size and one standard bed for our family comfortable stay. Also late check out at 9:00pm without any extra charge so that we can take a rest before midnight flight.
Dinner was dilicious. Staffs are friendly and willing to help you at any time.
I like the renovation of the hotel, using 75years old bricks and 200-300year old wooden to make the furnitures.
I would like to stay again here.
Strong recommanded.

This is one of the loveliest places I have ever stayed. It is an oasis of peace in the frenetic and beautiful city of Bhaktapur. It is pristine, the food was wonderful, the service impeccable. The rooms were enormous, art was everywhere, and the value for money was incredible.
I cannot recommend this place enough.

We chose to stay in Bhaktapur for 2 nights, to get away from the noise and dirt in Kathmandu - this turned out to be a great decision. Clearly the staff have put their whole hearts into designing the hotel and how to best serve the guests. We were greeted with hadas at the entrance despite the late night arrival, and were amazed by everything we saw in our room. Although located slightly distant from the town center, taking a walking tour through local residential areas was nonetheless an exciting experience. 2 thumbs up, highly recommended!!

would be even better if breakfast is included in the room rate

What a magnificent experience!

We were delighted to simply even walk into this hotel. It is new (8 months only) and it working on some of its amenities like elevators, spa and pool, but other than that it leaves nothing to be desired. Staff are extremely well-trained, the hospitality is world class and the owners family is around to give you a ride or two as needed. The locality is somewhat peri-urban and there isn't anything scenic around the hotel, but a 10-minute walk will take you to the historic town of Bhaktapur and its temples and shops. Simply lovely!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Durbar Square of Bhaktapur is just a 10-minute walk away. A must-see.

upon arrival there were no rooms available but the owner and manager personally drove us to another good hotel very central and negotiated a good price for us to stay there / now that is what i call good service! thank you hotel heritage

Très bel hôtel meublé de mobilier ancien très bien restauré.

Luxueuse immersion dans le passé. Notre chambre était très spacieuse et joliment meublée. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant. L'emplacement, un peu à l'écart, est calme.Les repas sont très bons et pas chers. Notre séjour a été très agréable

无论是服务、食物、家具，在细节方便都是不错的，就是热水小甚至不热，反映以后有改进，wifi路由器忽然坏掉了，还有就是容易断电的问题，虽然是尼泊尔电力的问题，感觉既然要做最好的酒店，还是要自备发电器比较好~
不过总体来说在尼泊尔当地都是很好很有品味的了！非常推荐，希望热水和供电能够改进！

安静、有特色的精品酒店

在网上找了很久巴德岗的酒店，因为大多在古城内，看评价都说晚上会比较吵，而我们都是睡觉很怕吵的人，于是选择了这家，事实证明我们的选择非常正确。酒店在古城外，周围是农田和当地住户，自己有一个漂亮的小院子，晚上非常安静，我们睡得很香。酒店离古城入口走路只要5分钟，所以去古城还是很方便的。酒店的外形很特别，房间内和公共区域的装饰和陈设也很有特色，看得出建造者和经营者是花了心思的。酒店的服务人员都很亲切，前台的女接待员很漂亮，英语也很好。每天有一瓶免费的1升纯净水赠送，第一天还送了欢迎水果和曲奇。在尼泊尔住过很多天客栈和虽然叫酒店但是服务跟客栈也没啥区别的所谓酒店之后，终于住到了一家提供酒店式服务的真正的酒店，好感动 :P 早餐是自助式，品种不多，但还算可以，要是能包含在房价里就更好了。还有一个小缺点是洗澡水比较小，不够冲。
Hotel Feature Tip:
酒店大堂和房间都有wifi，服务器和密码各自不同，如果需要上网，可向前台要密码纸。因为是在古城外，打车不太方便，去机场的话，如果行李不多，可以自己走到古城里杜巴广场那儿去，那里出租车很多；如果行李多，建议提前跟前台联系好当地的出租车或是酒店的接送车，当然，价格会比去杜巴广场自己找贵很多。

刚到酒店的时候，老公还觉得没有hyatt这么宏伟，感觉不是非常好呢，在该酒店看到了许多中国人，在留言簿上评价也不错，我个人感觉该酒店就住宿而言，属于家庭小作坊类的，在巴克塔普尔地区也算比较干净和温馨的，但是就餐饮而言没有什么特色，也要一个人，而且还不算税收，所以也就一般吧
