Had a problem with my booking (which was my wrong doing) and the hotel sorted out the issue without any bother. It's ideally situated by the airport, but there isn't much around the area for you to wonder. I would use again, but only on the basis of being by the airport for a next day flight.

Good for a comfort stop before or after other activities. They don't have an airport shuttle - you pay for taxi. It is an easy walk. They advertise a business center - couldn't find it. Food at the cafe is good but don't drink their water.

it was a good experience, ideal for us as we were flying to another and needed a bed and breakfast and early morning departure. Although they charge us for transfer and drop off (less than a kilometer) 2 minute ride.

Excellent location for airport but a little far out if you want to be close to Thamel. Rooms VERY clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Can't beat the price for this quality of hotel in Kathmandu.

When I checked in, the staff didnot aware of my Agoda reservation.
They asked me to look for it again, and since the internet is painfully slow, it took time to open the agoda voucher.
Upon check in, they charge for internet usage, and it is clearly stated in the agoda website that internet is free.
After arguing, they provide the pass Free Of Charge. however, the speed is dreadfully slow
