Very near to important places, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, maintained very well.
Food and drinks, internet services very expensive.
I liked the hotel very much because of its convenient location, superb breakfast, cleanliness and very supportive staff. I got my money's worth and enjoyed my stay very much. In fact, this was my extended booking after staying more than four weeks. I would certainly like to come back to the hotel whenever I visit Kathmandu next time. I would strongly recommend the hotel to others.
Restaurant Tip : Many restaurants within five minutes walk from the hotel.

Ideally located- very near to the international airport, city business and shopping centres, Pashupati temple, friendly staff, superb breakfast
Food, drinks and internet charges are very high.
Hotel is centrally located, very near to shopping centres, international airport, Pashupati temple and many other important places. Hotel staff are friendly and always eager to help. Provides superb breakfast everyday. Attached taxidrivers are honest and sincere. Many restaurants and food courts with Indian, Chinese, Nepalese, Japanese, Thai. Continental food are within five minutes walk from the hotel. In brief I enjoyed very much my one month stay at the hotel. I would certainly come back to the hotel and recommend it strongly to others.
Restaurant Tip : Many restaurants, fast food centres and food courts with varieties of food (Asian and continental)are within five minutes walk from the hotel.

Nice buffet breakfast and well staff services
Room view which is barely you can see from your room, the swiming pool is quite big but seems not that clean water, we booked for an air conditioning room, but so much warm in the room.
The previous reviews are fairly accurate though lacking the point that other hotels in KTM provide the same quality room and service for nearly half the price. We stayed at both the Annapurna and the Malla hotel. We found the Malla hotel of slightly better quality and a more convenient location for a tourist who frequents the services and shops in Thamel.
Note, the pool at the Annapurna is expansive but exhibits an uninviting green tint to the water. The air conditioning at the Annapurna barely maintained a comfortable room temperature. We enjoyed a view of a rooftop ventilation duct. Your experience may vary.
Restaurant Tip : I would like to recommend some of great restaurants in KTM which are Roadhouse cafe, Thamel, Garden of Dream, on the way to Thamel.
