Its just a budget Hotel.
Location is good, Value for money. Staff numbers are very less, so assistance was minimum.

I was stayed in the hotel from 25 Mar 13 to 27 Mar 13. I could not reach to the hotel till 25 Mar 13 as the flights were full. Hotel given me fresh booking with fresh charges, additional to Agodas Booking.

Clean, friendly, pleasant and helpful!!
The hotel staff went out of their way to help you and the roof garden is a haven from the busy streets and noise.

we were a couple of friends who had a deluxe room each which was really nice and big. The location was great and close to most attractions. Thanks to the staff for making our few days very enjoyable and comfortable.

Uncordial staffs, misbehaves with the customers.

very uncordial staffs. misbehaves and enters into unnecessary arguments with the customers. fails to supply additional blankets in the chilling nights. no soap, towel and bucket in the bathrooms, no candle during the load sheddings. neglects the customers for the breakfast etc. charges money even for providing hot water unlike other hotels and restourants. very bad experience about the chill out resort from 3.1.2013 to 8.1.2013 in kathmandu, nepal.
