For comfort book the club room
Location, walking distance to Thamel, friendly front staff

I have stayed at this hotel a few times for work because of its location. For the standards required for a business traveller i wouldnt book anything less than a club room. Unfortunately tho even tho it was a club room there were no extra facilities given such as free wifi or a club lounge to relax in. In my opinion the club room is just a normal room at any other 4 star hotel.

Over rated hotel with poor service

Room was small with uneven floor and dark. The lobby was huge and showy but lack of service. Breakfast room is in another building where one has to dodge past cars that were coming in and out the hotel.
Wifi access was limited to one person in room. And this is a four/five star hotel ???
