Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Helpful & very friendlt staff
The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us. Our tours around Nepal was organised by Babu. Very good shopping area.

Our stay in Hotel Family Home was comfortable and we felt very welcomed by the staff. A very special "Thank you" to Babu who organized all our travel and tours during our 15 days in Nepal. Well done Babu!
We had a light in the bedroom & bathroom when the electricity was cut. However, it would have been good if we could relax and watch the T.V. in the night when there was a limited amount of lighting.

My stay was only brief, the staff helped me find my way around Thamel and then showed me to the bus stop for Chitawan at 6am the next morning. Extremely helpful!

This hotel has moved from the previous place. It had an elevator. But the new place doesn't have a elevator and blackout continued too long. It is not suitable for business purpose. Not again for me.

Avoid the top floor and rooms on the 4th floor. The staff starts to work very early and they are very noisy, but very friendly too.
After 1st night we asked to move to another room. The hotel has apologised and agreed whith it.

alright, it is clean enough
central location, rooftop breakfast, cheap rate
7.7
The price is good, however the hotel is also a bit worn out and need a make over. Everything is clean but old. Rooftop breakfast is pretty nice, and good view in the morning. The hotel also has scheduled electricity cut every day (usually during the day/afternoon), but we got hot water every time. Also, it is right in the middle of Thamel on the south side, which is convenient but also might mean a bit more noise at night.
