Staying at Hotel Nepalaya made my solo travel special. Meeting with great people is the joy of backpacking. I met really great people at Hotel Nepalaya and I could experience the local culture with the staffs there. Very helpful staffs, great discount was offered when asked so no need to go around to get the better deal. Just ask for the better deal, then Mr. Kamal will provide very good deal with professionally organised trips. I felt I was very well cared during from start to the end, even after, too Really amazing people..
They had emergency light in rooms in case of electricity cut off periods, and solar power for internet usage during no power time. Free airport pick up was great! I will definitely go back every time I go back to Nepal!!

The clean room & bathroom, the quality of food, friendly staff & restaurant located at the roof made our stay extremely comforting as we landed in Nepal. It is located very near to the Darbur square & also to the main Bus parks which makes it convenient to moved around the city & out of it with the hotel as a base. Though located in a congested area, the noise doesn't disturb a good night's sleep.
