Sahara as in Sahara Desert

Nothing works. I have to change 3 rooms because the rooms are not clean. The in-house food service is pathetic. There was no water in the hotel, i have to wait for nearly 5 hrs for the water to service to operate. Basically all needs i have done by buying mineral water from them. No phone in the rooms so have to go all way down to ask/order/complain anything.
As soon as the bird chirps the next day. I have sifted the hotel.
The service guys are pathatic, asked them 1 thing, they will not do until bringing upto the manager.
A Very big NO for this Hotel.
