Great start to Nepal!

Great location, clean and friendly helpful staff.We stayed for 3 days before our trek and they also stored our bags free of charge. We returned after our trek and were upgraded to the deluxe room. Staff helped order taxis at Nepali prices. Staff very helpful. As we were travelling onwards from Nepal we wished to send our trekking gear home, Mahindra recommended a shipping company 'Unique Cargo', they were very professional and our gear arrived home in two weeks. Thanks again for a great stay

The Manager tried to move me to an inferior room!

The hotel-in-charge tried to move me to a room which is inferior to and not in accordance with the reservation I made with an excuse that the room I requested (king-size bed) is not available as it was given to a couple-guests. And since I am single/solo guest, he thought I wouldn’t mind getting into a room with 2 single beds. I said that it is alright but I have to bring this to the attention of Agoda. (the OIC) then changed his mind saying that he will make the room available . I was then billeted to the room I pre-booked.
