the hotel is close to town however the yak and yetti needs to be refurbished. our accomodations were on the business floor which cost more then std. however the room was worn the business lounge was too and the business office had a terrible smell.
the breakfast buffet was average but the view of the grounds was very nice and the grounds are the best feature of the hotel.
i walked through the casino during the day and saw that this too was neglected and overdue for renovation. the electricity does go on and off, but the generators do go on.
the yak and yeti has a long history and the architecture and remnants are still there. certainly not a 5 but perhaps a 4
Travel tip:
The hotel has a pool, tennis courts, and the grounds are lovely.
It is an escape from the very noisy and polluted city. The host on the business floor is very attentive and pleasant.
