Worst experience ever-Pathetic Location,Rude Staff

The hotel is located in an extremely pathetic location which is almost impossible to find. Only positive is that the property is well maintained and clean. Staff is very rude and unfriendly. The rooms are spacious but lack basic requirements such as mirrors, windows, cupboards etc. Bathrooms are extremely small. Staff will keep finding reasons to somehow charge you extra and thus be careful. Hotel is located 10 kms outside the main city and location does not seem safe. I find this hotel overpriced for its worth.

Bueatiful hotel with a beatiful garden, room is clean. If you looking for a good hotel for a rest and relax, this is a good hotel.
The only weakness for this hotel is far from town centre and not easy to find.

Great hotel but location is isolated.

fairly new hotel, thus, rooms are nice, clean and roomy. very quite residential location. hotel service very good, staff are very courteous and helpful in any way they can. restaurant serves delicious meals e.g. we had breakfast and dinner. they even have a wonderful breakfast garden. the hotel provided an extra mile as the kitchen is about to close for the day, sudheesh (front desk who is in house all the time, managed to prepare dinner for us when we arrived at 11 pm. good selling point. airport transfer is on time as well.
however, the hotel is too far from thamel and situated in a posh residential area. so taxis and restaurants are not available. the hotel will arrange transport for you though with a slightly higher price than usual. could be because of hotel service fee.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Make sure you arrange transport ahead of time if you want to visit tourist spots because the hotel's location isn't very central.
