Excellent location close to lake side town and fewa lake, nice and clean hotel with new facility, nice and reasonable priced food, , as usual, Nepali very friendly staff. walk around the tibetan village and old town nearby to meet nice local people.Newly build hotel.

- They send taxi to pick up us
- The Hôtel and room was clean
- Breakfast was simple but good
Negatives points :
- We found cockroach in a bed
- We just got one towel in the room, so we asked for one extra... waited more than 1 day for the extra towel

it's little backside, 10mins brief walk from Phewa Lake.nice view of Annapurna and Fishtail mountain range from room window.Very well behaved front desk executives.No lift, garden too small to relax, very clean rooms but no A/C while genset running.

The rooms were big, clean and well equipped. The location of the hotel is perfect for me. About 3 mins to walk to the main street that is packed with restaurants, bars, shops, trekking shops, travel agents etc, but far enough away to not be affected by all the noise from taxis and buses. The staff were really helpful and they gave advice without wanted to sell you a trip. They just wanted to make sure you enjoyed Nepal, whatever you wanted to do. I felt really comfortable here and happily left all my luggage with them to go on a 5 day trek, then checked in with them again when I got back.

The best thing I recommend this hotel is helpul and warmful staffs. They help me about flight ticket, some tour, good restaurant...
The location is city cennter but carm and quite place. The room is very confortable, enough space, big bed and windows, and good lake view from roof top.

5 min walk from the central tourist street and lake but very quiet. Great view from the roof.

the staff, and the owner in particular, are extremely helpful and genuinely want you to have a great stay in pokhara. clean, new, white sheets. the tv reception was very bad but honestly, in pokhara you won't have time to watch it. there was not much variety for breakfast - omelet, potatoes, tomato, toast and jam. but it was freshly-made and tasty.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Ask for the corner room on a higher floor to get the view. 402 was one of them.
