Overall the entire stay was great. This hotel is near to central location. It has great facitlities. The food is good with many local varieties. The service is great too. To get around town from the hotel is easy since it is centrally located.

Clean, generally good service. We booked for 12 nights for 2 people, one was only there for 3 nights. We informed the hotel of this change on arrival, had hope to get refund for 8 days 2nd person was not there. Refused to even consider refund.

I stayed a night and had a very horrible experience ever I had in my life. I arrived the hotel 11 pm after long air trip. But my booking through online is useless and I had to wait until 3 o'clock to check in. They just offered 1 bed room and said we 3 men had to share this room and they will offer rooms in the morning. We strongly complained and we requested cancelling our booking. But they didn't accept our request instead of that they offered another dirty room which is seems that someone just used as love hotel. Is this a typical pakistani hospitality?

Me and my wife loved our stay and intend to stay there every time we visit Lahore. Staff very friendly and keen to help. Amenities are good and clean. I offered tip and the guy refused to take saying sir it's part of my job. I recommend this hotel to all
Restaurant Tip:
Try out the Lotus Chinese Resturant. Food is great at reasonable price.

O hotel é extremamente caro e necessita uma recuperação. Trata-se de um 3 estrelas que não deveria custar mais de 60 euros. Há muito melhor e mais barato na cidade. O sistema de wifi quase nunca funciona, a electricidade cai de 5 em 5 minutos, activando ruidosamente um gerador que nos pode manter acordados durante a noite, a água da torneira cheira a ovos podres e não presta.
This is an old Holiday Inn hotel, which is very expensive and needs to modernise its infrastructures. The price per night is the double it should be. There are much better and cheaper options in this city. The wifi system doesn't work, the electricity is breaking every 5 minutes, the tap water stincks, etc.
