Friendly staff but room is not clean

The hotel staff were helpful and attentive. They arrange a last minute pick up of 400php (one way) from the airport even though I contacted them 2 hours before the arrival. And they make sure all the facilities were fine while checkin in to my room (the phone was out). Location wise they are good as it is located just opposite SM mall! However, I wont suggest family (with kids) to stay here as there are male guests with their "guest" and i found blood stain on the bed frame! And the bed sheet is old with something with looks like scratches and dirt stain.

Decent hotel close to airport

I stayed here during a layover and not the nearby attractions. It is a great value as a layover, but not really a family vacation place. I say this due to the location in Angeles City, aka Sin City and the adult attractions are many here. Staff are friendly and like most people here speak great English. Very attentive and seem genuinely glad when guests are satisfied. Have stayed there twice already and will use again.

Good location. Had a complimentary upgrade as they were nearly full on the dates I booked. Internet was slightly problematic at the start but resolved after 2 - 3 hours. Very close to SM Clark, within walking distance.

Excellent stay , perfect location for me as the SM Mall was just opposite. I shoot lots of pool so my hotel was located near to the great pool haunts. I must add that all the staff made it even more enjoyable as they were extremely friendly and went out of their way to please the guests. I would definitely return to this beautiful hotel. Excellent overall experience. For those who would like to be closer to the walking street, it's about a ten to fifteen minute walk.

Excellent stay. Great location for me as I'm a pool fanatic. Lots of great pool haunts and excellent players nearby. Located very nearby from the airport vicinity but still within the walking street vicinity- 10-15 minutes walk. Highlights of the hotel are the clean and new rooms and most definitely the hotel staff that are eager to make your day just with their ever friendly attitude and willingness to go out of their way to please. During my stay, the elevator broke down. Being a 7 storey hotel, some guests had to walk up 7 floors but I didn't hear any guest complain as the staff were ever friendly to assist plus always cheerful. Some even joked that they needed the exercise. what more can I say? Will definitely return to this hotel. Also conveniently located just opposite the SM mall. They provide an airport shuttle service at 400 pesos per way.

i arrived during the balloon fiesta and hotel rooms were in short supply.
this was the only room that i could book and it was at a premium rate.
room good size and clean
some building work on the top floor but not really a problem except for monday afternoon when they were hammering concrete.
Nightlife Tip:
Immediately adjacent to the infamous nightlife of Angeles City. No pool and little to do in the daytime.
