Service from staff 8 The air con did not work in the Superior Room that I paid for and no other superior room were available at that time, I was moves to a delux room that has the air con over the bed, a in the night the air con would blow water on the bed where I sleep, the hotel made a gallant effort to repair the air con in the room that I had originally been assigned, but I did not wish to have to move again, so I put up with the air con peeing on me in the night. With that said I know all hotels have equipment issues at times.

Room was in excellent question. Only one negative re facilities was that there is no window. Room was also quite expensive.
