The hotel is located at the end of major road in Clark so it's far from amenities.
There's no free service bus to take you to shopping malls.
Stay at at least in Deluxe room with windows and terrace as the standard rooms
have no windows and like a bunker and smelly due to no air circulation.
The halfway going to the gym is very dark and it's not safe to walk.
I complained to the hotel receptionist but they ignored my request to turn on more lights.
Misplaced my welcome drink voucher but wasn't given another even though I'm honest declaring it.
The room rate are very expensive for guest like me that's it's a member.

A slice of California in the Philippines?

Straight out of a 1950s movie, the former US service personnels' accommodations are straight out of 1940/50s west coast USA: neat rows of California bungalow style duplexes, now converted to holiday villas, with a central clubhouse that used to be the base dining and bar area. They sit amid well tended rolling lawns and wide avenues, as though transplanted from a Pasadena or Santa Clarita.
However, while it represents a good value and comfortable base from which to explore Pampanga and Zimbales, there are a few drawbacks. Villas lack any crockery, cutlery or glassware. BYO everything if you plan preparing or eating meals in your villa. The main pool has a toilet adjacent, but villa guests are not permitted to enter the clubhouse to use it; instead you'll have to walk 200 metres towards the waterpark. Don't make the mistake of using the smaller pools next to the toilets on your way back tho, or staff will shepherd you quite curtly back to the main pool. All very inconsistent, with no signage to advise you of any of these rules.
Also, while very elegant, don't push your luck in the clubhouse bar and ask for anything as complicated as a martini (I drew blank stares from all the staff and comments such 'what is dry vermouth sir?'). But a 3 bedroom, three bathroom villa for under AU$200 a night is still not bad value, tho hotel management really do need to add a little more value to smooth out the rough edges that jar when least expected. Like the huge pool terrace with not one single sun lounge on it, or an umbrella to be had (remembering that even in the Filipino Winter, it was 35C and 90% humidity, perfect sun lounging weeather!). While locals might not want to get a tan, some of us poor worn out Westerners would love nothing more than to laze by a huge pool on a hot day, with a book in one hand and a martini in the other, on a comfy sun lounge under a big brollie. The staff did tho run to get beers when asked.

前日まで、マニラのホリディインに宿泊していました。アンヘレスでもホリディインに泊まりたかったのですが、満室のため、フォンタナに泊まりました。
私は日本語しか話せないので、以下の報告事項に誤解があったら、ごめんなさい。
○○報告事項○○
・中国資本のJIMEI(集美)集団のホテルなのだそうです。閑散期なのか、宿泊客にはほとんど会いませんでした。
・チェックイン時に、agodaのバウチャーをノートパソコンの画面で見せたら、ここのプリンターで印刷しろと、言われました。
・バウチャーは、ホテルの予約部門のEメールアドレスに送信することで勘弁してもらいました。
・前金で3000ペソ徴収されました。クレジットカードで支払いました。
・使用日を記載された朝食クーポン券をいただきました。
・インターネットは、部屋にある有線LANを使用しました。不便さは感じませんでした。Wi-fiもあるようですが、使用しなかったので、評価は無しです。
・ドアに貼ってある非常時脱出経路図によると、建物の外壁に面している部屋(多分窓のある部屋)が1/3で、バルコニーのある部屋が
1/3で、建物の内部の部屋(窓が無い部屋)が1/3です。
・私は、たまたまバルコニーのある部屋に割り当てられました。部屋も浴室もきれいでした。
・浴室は、洗面器・トイレ・バスタブ・シャワーエリアがあり、ベッドルームとの間には大きなガラス窓があり、非常に満足できました。
・朝食はビュッフェ方式ではないので、言葉の喋れない私は、利用しませんでした。
・ロビーにATMがあり、PLUSが利用できると書いてありましたが、私の三井住友の国際キャッシュカード(PLUS)では、引き出すことができませんでした。
・洗濯物の収集を内線電話でハウスキーパーにお願いしましたが、4時間経っても収集に来ませんでした。
・バスタブの排水孔弁の開閉機構が壊れて、水を排水できなくなりました。
・洗濯代の請求書がフロントに回っていなかったので、チェックアウト時に無駄な時間をとられました。
・チェックアウト時には、誰も列んでいませんでしたが、ちょうど30分かかりました。
・請求費用の明細書というものは無く、クレジットカードの支払いレシートしか貰えません。

日本であれは設備だけが立派でレベルの低い宿泊施設だが、フィリピンでは十分満足できるレベルのホテルです。

클락에서 괜찮은 호텔이었습니다. 워터파크와 여러가지 수영장으로 아이들이 좋아합니다. 시내에서 거리가 좀 있어서 택시비가 조금 나오기는 합니다. 카지노 셔틀은 무료이니 그쪽으로 이용하시면 비용을 조금 줄일 수 있습니다.

종업원들의 친절도는 조금 떨어지지만 불편한이 없던호텔 가격대비 방도 깨끗하고 조용히 쉴수있었던곳 아늑하고 조용한 대신 교통편은 불편한곳 일주일내내 차량렌트 했음 하지만 마음에드는호텔 가격만 맞으면 다음에 또 이용하고 싶은곳
