Super value for money

We booked the 3 bedroom villa with private swimming pool and I must say it was well above my expectations. The rooms are well furnished, well maintained and is spacious. The pool was also fantastic and the depth is just alright and even small kids were able to enjoy the pool. I will return to Fontana again if given a chance.

We reserved for 2 villa and when we arrived in the villa they are still cleaning and we waited for almost 1 1/2 hour. We were checked in around 6:30pm on the other villa and I am the one who picked up the key at the lobby because it was already raining. They told me that they will deliver the key in our villa since we are staying in 2 separate villa. It is already raining and they haven't deliver the key. During our check out there was a very long line and the lobby attendant told us that there are missing cups, spoon, forks so we returned to the villa to found out that the room maintenance did not checked the drawers in the kitchen. Very disappointing. They checked in customers very late and they are very strict in late check out but the problem is with them.

Well maintained villas but...

Booked 2 weeks early but we were placed in a villa in a shady part of the estate (California street). The streets and the lawn on the outside of the villas here are not well maintained. Lots of leaves, uncut grass; neighboring villas looked like some of the workers have been living there. Not a pretty sight. Try to avoid this part when making a reservation for villas.
Although the inside of the villa was kept clean and well-maintained.

The rooms of the hotel are good enough but the rooms of the villas are too old. It's not so convinient to go to the villas. Sometimes, you need to wait for the transport van long time.

great family/ group getaway! i adore the spacious living room for the 3-bedroom villa; love the water park, especially the attraction with the giant pail. what was disappointing though was the hotel breakfast offered during our stay - was expecting more of an international menu than the all-filipino dishes served that day
