Not the best value for money, but nice rooms.

Fontana Hotel and Villas is a very large resort complex. So large, it has a casino, water theme park for kids, 3 or 4 major restaurants inside the hotel, and many separate villas. As a business traveler, it is important to have the right location as well as value. Comfort and convenience after a long day goes without saying.
The Pros:
Very nice rooms and not different than photoed or advertised.
Spacious, clean, with balcony, and good WiFi (inclusive).
The Cons:
Not great value for money for the following reasons - daily Western breakfast not varied nor of good quality nor with good customer service (raw eggs and not completely thawed hashbrowns were served; cracked porcelain served with my food) - so a bit lack of attention to detail if you paid the original price for such high end rooms; the Hotel Restaurants for dinner were not open ontime or opened at all (perhaps due to lowpeak but no proper signage nor advice was given otherwise when asked the front desk personally); the Korean restaurant quality of food left a lot to be desired (I have had many a Korean meal in New York City); Too big (a bit of a labyrinth if you don't like grand hotels that don't have that "open" feeling); Not all that dead quiet at night (hotel has only 2 floors so you may hear a lot of commotion at night in the parking lot perhaps due to the Casino next door); The check Out process was not customer service friendly and a little more complicated than expected (they require you to call housekeeping on your own and you should remember to ask for your original deposit charge slip which they created upon check in as a floating charge for incidentals - a floating charge means they charge your credit card but just don't ask you to sign and they hold on to that slip til you check out); During the morning of check out just before 9am, pesticide control was spraying chemicals along the hallways of the guest wing (not appealing).
Hotel Feature Tip:
The Bathroom gels/shampoo/conditioners left a lot to be desired. You may want to bring your own if you are particular with good quality products.

All the visitor required things are available in the Hotel.

I rented 3 rooms villa it was in good location in side a compound it was big enough for three persons, the bad things with the kitchen there's nothing it's empty only water boiler and the bath rooms no soup and need maintenance .
All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Villa was old with rooms smelling of mold, remote controls non-functional, ceiling leaks in the kitchen area, and a dilapidated sofa!
Needless to say, travelers will be better off in the hotel-type rooms.

this is my second time to stay at this resort on a town house unit. the location is great. just about 2 hours drive from manila using the new nlex. it is also very new the diosdado macapagal international (clark) airport, so tourist from other countries can stay here as well. they have got so many great recreation activities, wave pool, spa, restaurants, etc. great place for business meetings and very nice resort for a family gathering as well. you can rent golf carts to drive around too.

great buys and sale at the near by duty free stores

we chose this place as it is convinient and accessible. you can rent golf carts to go around. park staff are very friendly and accommodation. security is good. only, they accept day guest for their water park. so makes it a bit crowded in the water park and common areas during day time. alot of cars parked along the streets because of day visitors. townhouses are a bit old, but maintained. with kitchen area, but no utensils (pots, pans, plates, etc.). short drive to the duty free outlets. not much food choices inside. have to go out or eat at park outlets.
Shopping Tip:
numerous duty free outlets, look for bargains

以後不會再選擇了，因為對商務而言，沒有網路真的很不方便!!再來早餐部分，分平日假日，這是高級飯店不會出現的狀況，而且早餐出餐速度慢，飲料只有附咖啡及果汁，沒有選擇，很無法認同~~~
