Hotel was aimed at budget conscious
Best thing by far was the staff, very friendly and willing to help. Resteraunt was basic but food good. Very reasonable price

Originally disapointed with first impression because hotel was old with some repairs needed. But it ended up being a pleasant stay because of staff and management. Woud recommend for budget conscious traveller.

Lovely Hotel with new management.
Owner Mdm Jocelyn is so helpful and friendly.

i stayed there for 1 night and experience their warm service and all the staff are friendly because they are all related to the boss madam jocelyn.so you are safe. she will tell you all cons and pros of staying in clark and where to find good food.
will be back to stay in this hotel again whenever i come to clark.thanks madam jocelyn for your hospitality.

まず、時間前にホテルに着いたのですが（１２時頃）１時すぎないと、部屋が空かないとの返事、まあ、それは仕方ないと思い３時過ぎにチェクインしました。
部屋に入るとバスタオルが１枚しかありませんあれーと思いつつも、２人で使いました。夜になって寝ていると、天井でチーチーぎーぎーバタバタと、とてもうるさくて何度も目が覚めてしまいました。何とネズミが朝まで騒いでいました。
朝食も付いていたのでレストランに行くと，１人分しか出ませんとのこと、２人分とバウチャーに書いてあるのにどうしても１人分しか駄目だといいます。ありえません。
３日間予約していたのですが、後の２日間は違うところで寝ました。最悪でした。

The place is very accessible it is near SM clark and fine dining restaurants. If you're looking for a not so fancy hotel but can still be under your standards then this is where you need to stay.

the air-con remote (in Korean languages) was not easy to adjust the temperature, and we passed a hot night with some wind only but no cool air. In the next morning the boss showed us that the air-con did work normally, just the remote problem only.
When we left for the SM Shopping Mall, the boss drove us there free of charge, and offered us a half-priced journey for the way to the Clark airport later
Nightlife Tip:
Quite near to the red light district Field Avenue. just 2-3 minutes by jeeney.

the stay was alright, they have wifi, rate wa cheap only there for a night dont need a fancy place to stay, not recommended to the poodle travellers though
