Good location, cheap price but not clean

1. The location is great, just inside the walking street of Fields Ave. You can access the bars around easily. No need to worry about the transportation and the security issues.
2. They provide currency exchange in the counter, very convinent.
3. The room I stayed was just above the 24-hours bar, I can hear the noise during the night, but it's acceptable for me to sleep.
4. The room don't provide window to outside and the lighting is not enough, it's a little dark inside the room.
5. The swimming pool is not suitable for swimming. Very small.
6. The restaurant provie all kind of delicious meals and the price is cheap. They also provide the free-drink coupon for some bars near.

A great low cost hotel with friendly staff

I like Kokomos's for its central location and 24 hr rresturaunt. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The Managementt are very helpful and accomodating.
This is the 2nd time that we have stayed here and find it a good place to rest and escape the heat.
Only one dislike: the water in the showers has a metalic rusty smell which stays on your skin afterwards, thus spoiling an otherwise great stay.
We will stay here again in the future
