bad location and poor facility

it was a very bad experience of my life staying there! the location is very poor because below and around the hotel are bar girls everywhere and also the street lots of pubs and noisy throughout the day till early 6am everyday, how to sleep? endless sound of music throughout the nite i mean. the water pipe are rusty and strong smell of rust when i take shower, drawer are broken , bed too small , cable tv with bad signal and connection.however the service is good and responded fast to my needs like changing bedsheets or i order room service. this hotel to me consider A MOTEL AND IS NOT WORTH AT ALL. also not suitable for family as the scene of bargirls everywhere is not healthy .
Hotel Feature Tip:
strongly advice not to try at all.

Right on walking street. Restaurant is good. pool is OK. Room is basic. Bed is small. If you are over 6ft, then your feet will hang over the bed.

Pool side deluxe room has dancing pole and stage and bar. nice for entertaining. Bed Ok and small bathroom. Right on walking street. Restaurant is good. Bring adaptor for computer or other three pronged equipment. Pool Ok.

i have visited angeles numerous times since 2002, but never stayed at kokomo's until this year. i am a simple travelling. i like a nice room that is not extravagant, but has all the proper necessities. kokomo's is like that for me. nice big bed, good bathroom and shower, good air conditioning, in room safe, good quality tv and cable, and good price, including a 10% discount at the restaurant. and in angeles, everyone knows that mo's is the best place to be for watching all the beautiful sexy ladies that are everywhere. three bad things... problem with refrigerator, the stairs walking up to the rooms, and no window for looking out... however, a nice compromise was lots and lots of mirrors...
Travel tip:
I hope you have strong legs for walking up and down those stairs more than a few times... hehehe....

the manager john was great, when i had a problem he was there..

My stay at the hotel KoKomos was very pleasant, they are doing some remodeling at the hotel therefore it was a little noisy, but they didn’t start till after 0930 hours, for all the late night party animals.
This is one hotel that I would stay at again the rooms by the pool were great.

In the middle of all the action, great location
